All alcohol must be served by our professional bartending staff. You provide the alcohol, mixers, and garnish - and we take care of the rest! This allows you to provide the quality and quanity of alcohol you choose to serve to your guests, while saving you thousands of dollars.
The venue owner requires Special Event Liability Insurance for all events. If you are having alcohol served, a Liquor Liability rider is required. This insurance is easily available online at websites such as www.theeventhelper.com or www.wedsafe.com and usually costs approximately $1 per guest. You may choose any special event insurance you wish as long as it meets the required coverage.
While we do not require you to book a Wedding Coordinator, it is highly recommended.
The majority of your venue setup planning will be within 1 month of your event date. At that time you will be able to determine your event timeline and floor plan.
We have a list of vendors who frequently work with our venue and are familiar with our property. However, you may utilize any vendor of your choosing, even those not on our vendor list. (Exclusions apply)
